With the summer holidays fast approaching it can be difficult to know the best way to keep young children entertained, fortunately Charlie Byrne’s is hosting a very special storytime with author Mary Rose Keane which will showcase some of the best boredom busters from her book Up Up & A Play!

This Saturday the 27th of June as part of our usual storytime, Mary Rose will demonstrate some vintage crafts and games which would have been enjoyed by many children’s parents in their youth!
